Vien has been in the optical industry for over half her life. She started at Sterling Optical in Johnson City at the age of 17. Through hard work, a firm understanding of eye wear and a commitment to customer satisfaction, she became store manager in 2003. Vien is a "people person" whose strongest talent is customer service. Vien has a BA degree in Psychology and Human Development. She is an expert on frame technology and recent product developments. Dr. Lois K. Hage
Dr. Hage graduated from the New England College of Optometry and has the highest certification for TPA and can prescribe medications. She has been practicing in the Johnson City area for over 24 years, specializing in difficult contact lens fittings.
